2) - PROCEDURES FOR BOOKING A ROOM / FLAT AND PRICES
- REQUEST TO BE PICKED UP AT ARRIVAL

We rent flats and rooms for tourists that like to have a holiday in Reggio Calabria.
- If you want you can attend courses of italian language at the university.

All our flats are in the centre of the city.

The flats are provided with internet.

In order to book a flat download the two application forms ( which are on the right side of this page if you are using a computer or on the bottom of this page in you are using your smartphone), fill them and send them to studyandvisititaly@hotmail.com.
You must also send a copy of the receipt of the deposit fee payment (50 euros ) plus a copy of your passport and all details of your arrival ( date, time and place : station or airport ) . You must also specify if you want to be picked up at arrival ( the cost of this service is 10 euros. )

In the second form you will have to write down your passport details.

Rent prices :-
1- 50 euros deposit to be paid before arrival and sent with the booking form on the side. You will get this amount back after arrival.

2- 210 euros for a single room for one month

3- 150 euros for a bed in a double room for a month

4- 10 euros if you want to be picked up at arrival

5- 10 euros for cleaning services

6- 15 euros administration fees

7- at the end of the month, you will have to pay for electricity and gas bills.

Please notice that in case you decide not to come after booking, you will lose the deposit.

3) Invitation Letter for getting VISA

If you want to have a holiday in Italy and you need an invitation letter, we can send you an invitation letter from " Associazione Mediterranea " who takes care of the flats, in which there will be written the address of the flat in which you will live. You should present it to the Italian Embassy in your country and this will help you get the VISA .

In order to get the invitation letter from "Associazione Mediterranea" you should :-
1) pay the deposit for the room ( 50 euros )
2) pay 5 euros for the letter costs

3) pay 15 euros administration fees
